There’s this white woman at work (WWAW) who thinks we’re friends and keeps asking me things that are racist but she feels like since I’m “her black friend” she can say A Lot of things.
In reality I stay silent then laugh at her with the rest of my poc coworkers. I want to see how far she’ll push the line before just leaping over it

She claims her great great grandfather was Mexican so she’s half Mexican (she is fully white). She also once mentioned her great…..something grandfather was a black slave and I can’t WAIT until that one comes up.
She also asked me if a coworker (fully white) married a black person, and when i asked why she wanted to know, she said “because she seems ‘a little ghetto’ sometimes”
She also commented that black people spend money on stupid things and she said “Mexicans (remember she is 'half mexican’) and white people don’t buy random things like that”
She also said they shouldn’t have casted The Little Mermaid black bc “it removes the representation that gingers had” and im like you (who is also not even ginger??) are SO close to having an epiphany. Just shift it and realize why the black representation is important to black people
Today she said the submarine that imploded didn’t actually do that. It went too deep and saw something it wasn’t supposed to and the government blew it up. The same thing happened to the Titanic.
